The Integrative Genomics Viewer-IGV
The Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a high-performance visualization tool for interactive exploration of large, integrated genomic datasets. It supports a wide variety of data types, including array-based and next-generation sequence data, and genomic annotations.

IGV on mesoshared (Linux)
Since this application is visualization tool, you need to :
- connect to: mesoshared.univ-fcomte.fr using NXClient
- within a terminal load the application:
module load bio/igv
- launch the application:
igv.sh
By default igv use 2G, If needed contact us to adjust this value
You can also access to igv tools command line :
igvtools [command] [options] [input file/dir] [other arguments]
IGV on Windows machine
On can use Windows machine to run IGV. This node have 32 cores and 128G of memory.
Connect to this machine and download and install IGV in your folder.
